Verilink NCC Craft Port -- IDCSU DIAGNOSTICS --

The Diagnostics command is used to enter the Diagnostics menu for the currently selected card. The user first enters "D", then the diagnostics menu appears. For some cards there are very few diagnostic functions, so they are included in the Configuration menus. This applies to the DIU2130 and DIU2140 cards.
