Verilink NCC2020 -- PROMPT --

The prompt line indicates what card the user is accessing by it's shelf and slot address as well as a description:

[1,1] NEAR TAC 2010 >
The numbers inside the brackets indicate which SHELF and SLOT the user is currently accessing. Use

S) shelf/slot
to navigate from one card to another.

The text on the command prompt line, NEAR TAC 2010 here, indicates what type of a circuit card is detected and whether we are at the NEAR or FAR end of the circuit.

An NCC2020 card is actually a TAC2010 CSU card with the added functionality of a Node Controller.

An NCC2130 card is a TAC2130 IDCSU (Integrated DSU/CSU) with the added functionality of a node controller.
