Save
If the user enters S in the IDCSU configuration menu the current IDCSU
configuration is saved to the NCC card so that it might later be restored
if the IDCSU card is replaced.
Restore
If the user enters Q in the IDCSU configuration menu the original IDCSU
configuration, which was previously stored in the NCC, is restored.
If the card currently being configured is the node controller card for
the node (an NCC2130) doing a Save or Restore is a logical
conundrum. The user will not be able to restore a configuration which
has been previously stored in a card which is no longer present.
