As the card is shipped in factory default mode there is no difference in the privileged versus unprivileged passwords, both are simply the (ENTER) key.
Users logging in using the unprivileged password are not permitted to make configuration changes. A user entering an unprivileged password is asked to re-enter the new password for confirmation.
